We are contacting you to request your best offer for the provision of 13FSV External Evaluation
Interested bidders are kindly invited to submit their most competitive prices using the attached quotation form. Please ensure that the quotation is signed, stamped, and submitted in high resolution to facilitate an accurate and efficient review.
We strongly encourage you to review the details mentioned in the TOR carefully and provide all documents requested therein to maximize your evaluation score and be considered an eligible bidder.
In addition, please provide the following documents:
• Copy of your company registration certificate
• Copy of the legal representative’s identification
Please also ensure to fill in, sign, stamp, and provide in high resolution the following ACTED documents (attached):
• Supplier’s Ethical Declaration
• General Conditions of Purchase
• Supplier Questionnaire
Evaluation Criteria:
• 50% Financial – Based on the submitted price.
• 50% Technical – As outlined in the TOR (page 14).
• 10% Interviews.
Suppliers will be scored for each evaluation component. The top three suppliers with the highest combined scores from the financial and technical evaluations will be shortlisted and invited to the final stage (interviews).
The supplier achieving the highest overall score after the interview stage will be selected.
The deadline for offers’ submission is Monday, 02.03.2026, at 11:00.
