Interested bidders are encouraged to submit their best prices using the annexed Request for Quotation (RFQ) form.
Please ensure that the Quotation is signed, stamped, and provided in high resolution to facilitate our review process.
In addition, the below shall be provided from your end:
- Copy of your registration certificate (In the case of a company).
- Copy of the Legal representative ID.
Fill up, sign, stamp, and provide in high resolution to facilitate our review process the following documents:
- Acted BEST documents (Supplier's Ethical Declaration, General Conditions of Purchase, and the Bidder Questionnaire).
The deadline for the submission of offers will be on Wednesday, 05.02.2025, at 23:00.
